Job Title: Part-Time Tennis Coach

Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and skilled tennis coach to join our tennis training academy in San Diego, part-time. The successful candidate will coach tennis players of all ages and skill levels to help them improve their game, develop their technique, and achieve their tennis goals. The position will require approximately 15-20 hours of work per week. We are a tennis training academy in San Diego.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs and lesson plans for individual players and groups
• Provide high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and skill levels
• Monitor and evaluate players’ progress, and adjust training programs accordingly
• Organize and conduct tennis clinics, camps, and events
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
• Ensure safety and proper use of tennis equipment and facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of coaching experience
• Must have a minimum level of 4.0 NTRP
• Must have a proven track record of successful coaching and player development
• Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their tennis goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
